Fine Dining in Southern Leyte!

The Castle Restaurant is open to both residents and non-residents for the finest dining experience in Leyte. Four delicious courses including tea, coffee and chocolates are served on the patio under the clear night sky or inside the beautifully decorated restaurant. Favourite dishes include steamed crabs, king prawns, beef kalderita and kanilaw all made with fresh produce and beautifully presented. A selection of wines as well as soft drinks, beers and liqueurs are available from the bar. Dinner is frequently accompanied by live music featuring local artists with acoustic guitars or electric organs.

For more modest fare, home-made dishes such as tempura and spring rolls are also available during the day. At dusk thousands of fruit bats pass directly overhead on their way from the caves of Limasawa to their nocturnal feeding grounds in the mountain forests above Padre Burgos and this is an ideal time to enjoy a pre-dinner drink.
